Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, property or coverage information, services or trades selected, and any message you include. Vendor applicants may also share details about their crew, equipment, insurance, licenses, experience and certifications, and may upload supporting documents such as insurance certificates, trade licenses and certifications, with their expiration dates. Please do not upload W-9s, tax documents, bank or payment details, or anything showing a Social Security or tax ID number; we handle those separately. We also use a honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile to help reduce spam.
How we use information
We use form submissions to respond to service requests, review vendor applications, and communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information.

Vendor applications and their documents are also stored privately with our database and storage provider (Supabase), where only our authorized staff can see them after signing in; documents are never attached to emails or made publicly accessible. Staff who handle those inboxes may see your submission.
Client, bid and invoice records
For clients we work with, we keep contact details, property addresses, work-order numbers, bids (including supporting photos and documents), invoices and payment records in a private, password-protected system, stored with our database and storage provider (Supabase), so we can prepare bids, bill for completed work and track payments. Bids and invoices are emailed to the address the client gives us, through the same email delivery provider.
Retention
We retain inquiry details as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records.
